Adult Learner Survey Free Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

1. The draw is promoted by Newcastle-under-Lyme College, Knutton Lane, Newcastle Staffordshire ST5 2GB.
2. Entrants must be aged 18 years or over.
3. Entry is based on completing the adult learner survey at http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/WY9NZ9Q
4. Only one entry per person will be accepted.
5. The draw will be made on 1st February 2012. 
6. The draw is not open to NULC staff.
7. The winner will be selected at random.
8. The winner will be notified by post within seven days after the draw.
9. The prize is a free 6 month membership of The Gordon Banks Sports Centre.
10. The prize is non-transferable.
11. The winner’s name can be requested in writing from Marketing Department, Newcastle-under-Lyme College, Knutton Lane, Newcastle Staffordshire ST5 2GB.
12. The winner may be required to participate in publicity.
13. Eligible entrants will be entered into the draw by providing an email address or telephone number.
